Product Description: Smoked Sturgeon Cremeux is made following ancestral French methods, with sturgeon fillet smoked at low temperatures with Chilean cherry and oak wood, mixed with traditional French butter from Normandy.
This pâté is perfect to enjoy in an appetiser with blinis and a touch of caviar, or to be used as a savoury gourmet ingredient for cooking.
